Only our signatures, the buyers/borrowers, are on the HUD 1 Settlement of charges document. We are settled in Texas, module the absent signatures from the vender and businessperson be a problem? our Tax Agent told us that it's ordinary that there are absent signatures on the HUD 1 since it is not required to be signed. I looked for every the documents we've had for the approaching and every our copies for the HUD 1 do not hit signatures on it.
