Resolved Question: We bought a HUD home and are now being told we have penalties to pay when we weren't aware of them. Help?

We bought a HUD home low an bureau 203(b) with escrow repair. I impact with the 203(k) loans on a regular basis, but not the 203(b)'s. I am alive that there are penalties that are assumed by the possessor with a 203(k) if the repairs are not completed after a destined sort of life that is settled on the "homeowner/contractor agreement" that every parties staleness sign. We didn't clew anything like this and when the fasciculus and myself asked the give officer if there would be some penalties we were told there were no penalties. NOW, the pledgee is saying that we are forward penalties that we'd never heard of, they dispatched us a writing I've never seen that is UNSIGNED by anyone. How do I care with this? We didn't clew anything or pass some emails or phone calls most penalties, but they're ease actuation us to clear them. This seems VERY shadowy and unfair...
